Natalie started Thrive Dance Fitness because she saw a lack of genuinely fun fitness classes that get you fit and sweaty whilst having a smile on your face.

She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and professional Musical Theatre Performer who is hugely passionate about creating a friendly and judgement free atmosphere where you can keep fit and get your body moving.
