Classes are for all abilities - everybody welcome. No dance experience required whatsoever. Bring along whatever moves you whip out on the dance floor and we'll all leave with a smile on our face. This class isn't about perfecting dance moves or being a pro dancer, it's about keeping fit, having a laugh and discovering that exercise can be fun!
Each class starts with a warm up to get that heart rate up, we then move on to a cardio focused, high energy, short amalgamation section to improve your fitness levels. I'll then teach an easy to learn dance routine to an absolute tune. It's a new routine each week to challenge the mind and body. Finishing off with a relaxing cool down.
Thrive offers a welcoming environment where you can release your inhibitions, be yourself and meet wonderful likeminded people whilst keeping your mind and body healthy. Find a new way to enhance your fitness levels and tone up.

Our Studio is a 2 minute walk from Clapham Common. Just a 10 minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations.
£10 per class when you book a set of 5 classes.
